Our Story
Cashback Property was founded by industry professionals who saw a gap in the market. Buyers were purchasing off-the-plan properties through traditional channels, unaware that developers had set aside significant marketing commissions to secure those sales. That money was going to agents and marketers but rarely back to the people actually buying the property.
We asked a simple question: why not share that commission with the buyer?
That question became our business model.
